Shipment

All orders are shipped via express courier service on working days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, so you can check the status of your package at all times.

Shipping costs: These are calculated based on your location and the items in your order, and you will always know them before completing your purchase. For shipments outside the peninsula, delivery times may vary slightly, but we will always do our best to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible and in perfect condition.

Delivery time
  • Peninsular Spain: 2-3 business days.
  • Balearic Islands: approximately 8 business days.
  • International shipments: 3-5 business days, depending on the country. Additional customs charges may apply.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT LOST MERCH WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLES:

The customer has a right of withdrawal, by which they may proceed to return the order. This right may be exercised within 15 (fifteen) days from the receipt of the order.

In case of return, the Customer is obliged to return the product in perfect condition, with its original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and correctly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received by the Customer.

Merch and Roll will proceed to refund the amount paid, once the returned product has been received and its good condition has been verified. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods in our warehouses. All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. If the return or exchange is due to a shipping error, Merch and Roll will arrange to pick up the package where it was received. Merch and Roll will cover all costs derived from the subsequent return, such as the shipping cost of the correct order in the case of an exchange.

RETURN PERIOD

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can proceed with an exchange or return of one or more items in their original condition, always within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the receipt of the package. The item must be returned in perfect condition, with original and intact labeling, conveniently packaged in its original or similar box and correctly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received.

COST OF RETURN

Merch and Roll is not responsible for the costs of return (except if it is our error or in case of defect), but we will help manage it at all times. You must return the product to our address (*) through the courier service of your choice. Once the package arrives at our headquarters, the refund of the amount will be processed.

SIZE/COLOR CHANGE:

If you wish to change the size, color, or alternative items, you must place a new order. We accept all returns for exchange, which must be in their original box or bag. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an inappropriate condition, the amount will not be refunded. (*) Shipping address for exchanges and returns

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that there are countries and cities that are not part of the EU customs territory, so shipments are subject to taxes and/or duties. Merch and Roll does not undertake or take responsibility for such fees, so you will have to pay the amount yourself. In most cases, fees are charged at the time of delivery of the package, although you may receive a notification by mail asking you to personally go and pay these fees in order to receive your package.

Used or damaged products: Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
