ATTENTION: during the month of December and the beginning of January the transport companies have a lot of workload and the delivery times can be extended a bit, place the orders in time.
The orders are sent every day (working days) by express courier. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped and from that moment the package will arrive at home in a maximum of 72 hours (working days).
The weekend is not sent or distributed. Shipments to the Balearic Islands are made by courier and take about 8 days to arrive.
If it is outside the State or the Canary Islands, we need you to put the number of your card or passport, since you have to make an invoice and the delivery time can be from 10 to 20 days.
The shipping price is € 5.10 to the peninsula, € 7.2 to the Balearic Islands, € 12.5 to the Canary Islands and € 17 to Europe (VAT included).
Returns & Exchanges
If what you want is to make a change (for example change the size for another) you must first return the product, once we receive it you will be refunded the purchase money, and then you will have to make a new purchase from scratch in the online store.
You have 15 days to process the returns once your purchase is received.
If, due to an error in our store, you receive a product other than what you have purchased or a defective product, we will collect the product from you and once we have received and verified it, we will send you the correct product.
Note: returned products must be in good condition, returns with torn, dirty or broken items will not be accepted (as long as the reason for the return is not exactly that).

Any product that has been used or with a defect caused by the customer (such as clothes that have been washed or used) will not be exchanged.
